Internet video co TVinci raises $1.6m

TVinci has installed its video platform with customers in Poland, Italy, Spain, Hungary, the UK, and Israel.

Internet video solutions developer TVinci Ltd.. has raised $1.6 million from Kaedan Capital, managed by Ron Tamir and Zohar Gilon.

TVinci CEO Ofer Shayo, VP business development Ido Wiesenberg, and CTO Guy Barkan founded the company. The company's platform enables customers to generate profits from PCs and TV set-top boxes via a uniform, interactive management system and uniform interface. The company's business model is based on a one-time payment to install the system and monthly user fees, which increase with the increase in hits on the website or the increase in active users.

Tvinci has installed its video platform with customers in Poland, Italy, Spain, Hungary, the UK, and Israel. Israeli customers include MTV Israel and the new Orange Time entertainment portal of cellular operator Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE: PTNR).
