Data mining start-up Leadspace Ltd. has raised $3 million in a financing round led by a new investor, with an investment of $1.8 million. The company's current investors, with the exception of ProSeed Venture Capital Fund (TASE:PRSD), invested $1.2 million.
Leadspace was founded in 2007 as Data Essence Ltd., a Technion Seed portfolio company. The investors in the current round were Vertex Venture Capital (which was a seed investor in the company) and Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) through its early-stage investment arm, JVP Media Studio.
