Intucell's technology enables mobile operators better utilize radio access networks

Mobile network management start-up Intucell Ltd. has raised $2.5 million from Genesis Partners. Intucell is developing a next-generation radio management solution to enable mobile operators to better utilize radio access networks, and handle more traffic with the introduction of smartphones.

Intucell was founded by CEO Ran Wellingstein, a co-founder of Celltick Technolgies Ltd.
