Hamashbir 365 Holdings Ltd. (TASE:MSAH) has called off the talks to sell Office Depot Israel Ltd. to its former CEO, Tzahi Fishbein, but is in advanced talks to sell the franchise to a third party. The department store said that it expects to sign an agreement in principle with the third party next week.
Hamashbir added, "In accordance with the negotiations for the sale to a third party, we have decided to close all Office Depot stores across the country on Saturdays."
