Prime Minister's Bureau promises gas export decision "shortly"

"The prime minister and energy minister will shortly present their position on the subject of the use of natural gas to the government."

"Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister Energy and Water Resources Silvan Shalom are fully cooperating to shortly submit to the government the recommendations on the use of natural gas," the Prime Minister's Bureau announced today.

Following a "Globes" report yesterday that Netanyahu was waiting for Shalom's recommendation in order to submit a proposal to the government, Prime Minister's Bureau said today, "Energy and Water Resources Minister Shalom presented to the prime minister the various alternatives, and expressed his personal position during their conversation. The prime minister and energy minister will shortly present their position on the subject of the use of natural gas to the government."
