Phoenix will buy stakes in New Uberior House and Princes Exchange.
The Phoenix Holdings Ltd. (TASE: PHOE1;PHOE5) is in advanced talks to buy a stake in an office building in Edinburgh, Scotland for NIS 180 million. Sources inform ''Globes'' that Phoenix will acquire a stake in New Uberior House and Princes Exchange from Luxembourg's Aerium Finance Ltd., which bought the building for £61.75 million earlier this month.
Phoenix declined to comment on the report.
New Uberior House and Princes Exchange have 158,500 square feet of space and are fully leased to the Bank of Scotland and a subsidiary of Lloyds Banking group for 12 years.
