The apartments, with two to four rooms, cost a total NIS 46.7 million.

An individual investor has purchased 24 apartments from the Maslavi company for NIS 46.7 million in the Elite Tower project in Ramat Gan, Maslavi announced in a press release.

The apartments vary from two to four rooms, and are located from the first to the 18th floor. Each apartment comes with an underground parking space. The project will have 150 apartments on 34 floors.

The tower is planned for 2-5 room apartments and penthouses. The project includes a fitness room, a spa, a lobby with a 10-meter high ceiling, a security guard post, 40-sq.m. of commercial space, and a large tenants club. Tenants are expected to begin moving into the building in September 2017.

"The Elite compound is designed to become a new lively focal point in the Dan region in residences, commerce, and business," said Maslavi chairman and owner Sami Maslavi. "The entire area is expected to undergo massive urban renewal, combined with luxury residential high rises. I'm therefore not surprised that many are interested in the project. The city of Ramat Gan will offer an alternative to Tel Aviv's luxury towers at prices that are reasonable for this market."
