Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 97-sq.m. three-room sixth-floor (top-floor) apartment with a 53-sq.m. balcony on Yosef Caro St. in the Montefiori quarter was sold for NIS 2.97 million. A 140-sq.m. six-room second-floor garden apartment with a 100-sq.m. entrance area and 40-sq.m. roof area without an elevator and two parking places on Zvi Fridland St. in Ramot Tzahala in North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3 million. A 60-sq.m. three-room first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Poriah St. in the Noga Complex in Jaffa was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 4-room 85-sq.m. second-floor apartment without an elevator on Haavda St. was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 125-sq.m. five-room, ninth-floor apartment with an elevator and parking and partly renovated on Pinkas St. in Old North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.51 million. A 58-sq.m. 2.5 room second-floor apartment without an elevator but with parking on Nordau Boulevard in Old North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2.16 million. A 105-sq.m. 4-room, third-floor apartment with an elevator and parking, not renovated, on Hanasiim St. was sold for NIS 2.71 million. A 120-sq.m., four room, fifth-floor apartment with an elevator and parking on David Hamelekh Boulevard was sold for NIS 4.17 million (Yitzhak Levi). A 60-sq.m. 2.5 room first floor apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Rabbi Pinchas St. in Jaffa's Harova Project was sold for NIS 1.67 million (Home Land, Jaffa).

Hod Hasharon: A 117-sq.m., 4-room, second-floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Reut St. in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.46 million. A 271-sq.m. 5-room house on a 294-sq.m. lot with parking on Hashon St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3.9 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 130-sq.m. six-room garden apartment on Harav Moshe Kalfon Hacohen St. in Har Homa was sold for NIS 2.15 million (Re-MAX). A 115-sq.m. 4-room second-floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hapalmach St. was sold for NIS 2.94 million. A 45-sq.m., 2-room first-floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Tchernikovsky St. was sold for NIS 1.19 million. A renovated 88-sq.m. four-room, sixth-floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Pesach Hevroni St. in Kiryat Yovel was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 83-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Florentin St. in Kiryat Yoval was sold for NIS 2.08 million (Levi Yitzhak).
