Microsoft Israel workers come out ahead this Passover, among the companies surveyed.

Microsoft, Google and Apple’s Israel development centers are considered very desirable places to work by Israeli high-tech employees. The companies offer enticing terms for their staff, and their offices are often home to restaurant-grade cafeterias, as well as other luxurious perks.

Passover is a traditional time for Israeli workers to receive holiday gifts from their employers, and not just in the high-tech sector. One of the more common gifts is vouchers or gift cards. We became curious as to what the biggest tech companies in the world give their employees in honor of the Jewish holiday.

It appears that Microsoft Israel workers will be the happiest with their holiday gifts among the companies surveyed. Microsoft employees may choose between a JBL wireless speaker or headphones, Beats sports headphones, a popcorn maker, a set of bed sheets from Vardinon, a set of Arcosteel pots, an ice cream maker, or another Russel Hobbs or Morphy Richards appliance.

Google does not give its employees Passover gifts. Instead, Google prefers to give all its global employees a gift in January, shortly after Christmas. This year, most Google employees received an LG G Watch smart watch, or another gift of a similar value.

Apple employees will not receive a Passover gift either, as was the case in previous years. Apple Israel employees also do not receive a gift in January. Apple gives Apple-branded gifts throughout the year, such as shirts, and water bottles. In past years Apple employees around the world received an InCase backpack, blankets, and shirts.
