Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 85-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Mordechai Zaida St. in Hamashtala neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A 82-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with elevator and parking on Shenkin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.5 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Nahal Oz St. in Jaffa was sold for NIS 1.06 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Rishon Lezion: A 250-sq.m. five-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot on Neve Ativ St. in the west of the city in the Neve Dekalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.47 million. A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Hakormim St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.54 million. A 70-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor with an elevator and parking on Harav Damari St. in the Gan Nachum neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator, two parking spaces and storage room on Hazmura St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.67 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Herzliya: A 100-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment on Bar Ilan St. was sold for NIS 1.57 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hod Hasharon: A 350-sq.m., seven-room house on a 430-sq.m. lot on Batzat St. in Ramat Hadar in the south of the city was sold for NIS 7.9 million. A 320-sq.m. seven-room semi-detached house on a 315-sq.m. lot with a swimming pool on Nahal Kane St. in Ramat Hadar in the south of the city was sold for NIS 5.25 million. (Sharvit Properties).
Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 200-sq.m., six-room fourth floor apartment with a storage room and parking on Albert Einstein St. in Ahuza was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 74-sq.m., 2.5 room, third floor apartment on Aliyah Hashnia St. in Bat Galim was sold for NIS 680,000. A 71-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with a storage room on Yohanan Hakadosh St. in Wadi Nisnis was sold for NIS 470,000 (RE/MAX-City).
Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 250-sq.m. five room house with a 40-sq.m. garden with parking on Paticha Morganeshberg in Shikun Dan in the north of the city was leased for NIS 10,000 per month.
