Ben-Moshe has made a separate offer for Alon Blue Square Israel of NIS 815 million.

Moti Ben-Moshe is not making do with attempting to buy Alon Blue Square Israel, and is in talks on acquiring the entire Alon group. Sources close to Ben-Moshe said however that for the time being he was focusing on negotiations for the acquisition of subsidiary Alon Blue Square, as first reported by "Globes" yesterday. His offer for the whole group was valid for today only.

It was reported yesterday that Ben-Moshe made an offer to the Alon Blue Square board of directors to buy the company for NIS 815 million. This is higher than the offers received for the company so far from Gad Zeevi and Gindi Holdings.

Ben-Moshe ended his adventure in the IDB group with a huge loss of NIS 530 million within less than eighteen months. After he fell out with his partner in the controlling interest in IDB, Eduardo Elsztain, the latter bought out his stake for NIS 152 million.
