Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 110-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with storage room, elevator, and two parking spaces on Avraham Fererra St. in the Holyland project was sold for NIS 2.08 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Moshe Kol St. in Ramat Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.41 million. A 125-sq.m., five-room garden apartment with a 200-sq.m. garden, storage room, elevator and parking on Shmarayahu Levin St. in Kiryat Yovel was sold for NIS 2.45 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 143-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and two parking spaces on Kehilat Padova St. in Neot Afeka A was sold for NIS 3/07 million.

Herzliya: A 47-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Revivim St. in the Yad Hatisha neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 65-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ha'atzmaut St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.68 million. A 115-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Har Atzmon St. in the Yad Hatisha neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shmuel Hanagid St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.09 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 80-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment on Nachum Guttman St. in the Hatzerim neighborhood was sold for NIS 760,000. A 98-sq.m. three room, third floor apartment on Rahavat Tzfat St. in the Tet neighborhood was sold for NIS 780,000. A 127-sq.m., four-room, eighth floor apartment on Yohanna Jabotinsky St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.09 million (RE/MAX-Plus).
Dimona: A 67-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment on Tayelet Hasport St. in the city center was sold for NIS 455,000. A 107-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment on Jerusalem Boulevard in the south of the city was sold for NIS 940,000. A 54-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment on Ben Gurion St. was sold for NIS 320,000. A renovated 70-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment on Hashalva St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 450,000 (RE/MAX-Nova).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 180-sq.m. six-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 80-sq.m. garden, 6-sq.m. storage room, elevator and two parking spaces won Mordechai Romano St. in the Tel Baruch neighborhood was leased for NIS 14,000 per month (Greatland).
Ramat Hasharon: A 120-sq.m., four-room, seventh floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Haganim St. in the Neve Gan neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,700 per month (Greatland).
