Hamashbir execs questioned on insider trading allegations

CEO Rami Shavit and CFO Adi Blumenfeld Pinchas have been questioned under caution by the Israel Securities Authority.

Hamashbir 365 Holdings Ltd. (TASE:MSAH) CEO Rami Shavit and CFO Adi Blumenfeld Pinchas and other senior executives have been questioned under caution by the Israel Securities Authority regarding allegations about using insider information, the company has notified the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

The company said that the investigation does not involve the operations of Hamashbir 365 Holdings or its shares or bonds or any of its subsidiaries including Hamashbir Lezarchan Department Stores, new Pharm pharmacies, Aviation Links, 365 Technologies Ltd., and Club 365 Finances.

The company added, "No restrictions have been imposed whatsoever on the aforementioned executive officers on their continued management of Hamashbir 365 Holdings and its subsidiaries."
