Mon: TASE slips

Discount Bank and Perrigo led the rises today while Opko and Delek led the losses.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange fell today. The Tel Aviv 25 Index fell 0.32% to 1,463.92 points; the Tel Aviv 100 Index fell 0.03%, to 1,276.81 points; but the BlueTech Index rose 0.16% to 339.47 points. The TelBond 20 corporate bond index rose 0.15% 324.27 points. Trading turnover was NIS 1.63 billion.

On the foreign currency market, the Bank of Israel set the shekel-dollar representative rate up 0.182% today compared with Friday's rate at NIS 3.846/$, and the representative shekel-euro rate was set down 0.212% at NIS 4.226/€.

On the market, Israel Discount Bank (TASE: DSCT) rose 0.40% for the biggest rise on the Tel Aviv 25 index today. Perrigo Company (NYSE:PRGO; TASE:PRGO) rose 0.28% and Gazit-Globe Ltd. (NYSE: GZT; TASE: GZT; TSX: GZT) rose 0.35%. Azrieli Group Ltd. (TASE: AZRG) rose 0.24%.

Opko Health Inc. (NYSE: OPK; TASE: OPK) fell 1.34% for the biggest fall on the Tel Aviv 25 index. Paz Oil Company Ltd. (TASE:PZOL) fell 0.75% and Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG) fell 0.95%. Strauss Group Ltd. (TASE:STRS) fell 0.70% and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA; TASE: TEVA) fell 0.38% on the day's biggest trading turnover.
