Leviev paid NIS 10.5 million for the Savion home for his son Shalom, the 7th Eye website reports.

Even though he is building a large mansion in Savion, Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL) controlling shareholder Lev Leviev has also bought another home. Leviev has paid NIS 10.5 million for the Savion home of Yediot Ahronot controlling shareholder Arnon Mozes, reports the 7th Eye website and 100 Days magazine.

The deal was reportedly signed at the end of March 2015 but is yet to be completed. The property in Hagiva Street is still registered in the name of the Yediot publisher Arnon Mozes with a warning that a deal has been signed to sell the house. Alongside Leviev's name is that of his son Shalom Leviev and his daughter-in-law Orly.

For the past few years, Leviev himself has been building a large house on a 4.25 acre lot in Hahoresh Street in Savion. Nor will Mozes be homeless. He also owns a house in Hagederot Street in Savion.

Meanwhile in May, Africa-Israel began debt settlement proceedings with its creditors after its debt to bondholders reached NIS 3.3 billion. Accountants attached a "going concern" warning to Africa-Israel at the end of the second quarter.
