Tel Aviv:A 150-sq.m., 5-room, penthouse with 90-sq.m. balconies, on Ya'akov Meridor St. in Tel Baruch North neighborhood was sold for NIS 6.45 million. A 3-room, garden apartment with two gardens covering 80 sq.m. in a building with a gym and a pool on Hanna Rovina St. in Tel Baruch North neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.18 million. A 130-sq.m., 5-room, second floor apartment with two balconies in a four-year building on Alexander Penn St. in Tel Baruch North neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.1 million. A 120-sq.m., 4-room apartment in need of renovation on Mishmar Hayarden St. in Ramat Hahayal was sold for NIS 2.7 million (Ofek Real Estate). A 115-sq.m., 14th floor, 4-room renovated apartment with an elevator, ground-level parking and a storage room on Recanati St. in Ramat Aviv Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.09 million. A 85-sq.m., eighth floor, 3.5-room apartment with an elevator on Ma'apilei Egoz St. in Neve Hen neighborhood in the southeastern part of the city was sold for NIS 1.53 million (Re/Max-Ocean).
Kfar Saba:A 122-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment in need of renovation with three balconies, covered parking, an elevator but no security room on Ha'maapilim St. was sold for NIS 1.62 million. (Re/Max-One).
Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem:A 60-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Sha'arei Tzedek St. was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 130-sq.m., 5-room, second floor apartment with a 5-sq.m. storage room and an elevator but no parking on Moshe Dayan St. in Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.57 million. A 73-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with no elevator or parking on Amatzia St. in the Greek Colony neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Mevasseret Zion:A 130-sq.m., 7-room house with a 200 sq.m. garden, a storage room and parking on Arbel St. in the north of the town was sold for NIS 3.6 million. A 100-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with a 30 sq.m. balcony and parking but no elevator on Hagilboa St. in the north of the town was sold for NIS 2.12 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 300-sq.m. 5-room house on a 400 sq.m. plot with two 15 sq.m. balconies, a 15 sq.m. storage room and parking on Kotsher Yehezkel St. in Ramot neighborhood was leased for NIS 11,250 per month. A 110-sq.m., 5-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 50 sq.m. garden but no parking and no elevator on Hess St. in Talabiya neighborhood was leased for NIS 8,800 per month. A 210-sq.m., 6-room, 11th floor duplex with a 119 sq.m. balcony, an elevator, two parking spaces and a 10 sq.m. storage room on Hanassi Hashishi St. in Kiryat Haleom neighborhood was leased for NIS 12,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
