Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 50-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with no elevator or parking, on Herzl St. in Florentin was sold for NIS 1.25 million (Anglo-Saxon)

Kfar Saba: A 99-sq.m. 3-room, third floor apartment on Ha'Emek St. was sold for NIS 1.28 million. A 115-sq.m., 4.5 room eighth floor apartment on Hagalil St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A 127-sq.m., second floor, five room apartment with a 24-sq.m. balcony, underfloor air-conditioning and heating, two parking spaces and storage room on Shlomo and Chaya Angel St. in the Yaroka neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.18 million (Re-MAX ONE).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 105 sq.m. third floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. south-facing balcony with a storage room and parking on Hmayasdim St. in Bet Hakerem was sold for NIS 2.6 million down from the asking price of NIS 2.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Beit Shemesh: A 88-sq.m. 3-room, garden apartment with a 40-sq.m. garden, 40-sq.m. storage room, without parking on Nahar Hayarden St. in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.12 million. A 60-sq.m. 3-room, third-floor apartment without parking or an elevator on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 735,000. (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 120-sq.m. 4-room fourth floor apartment on Mor St. in the Kabakir neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A 75-sq.m. 3-room third floor apartment on Levontin St. in Hadar was sold for NIS 600,000. A 78-sq.m. 3-room second-floor apartment on Aliyah Hashniah St. in Bat Galim was sold for NIS 870,000 (RE-MAX City).
