A selection of recent deals in the residential real estate market.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 120-sq.m. four-room, 23rd floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, with elevator and parking on Nahlat Yitzhak St. in Nahlat Yitzhak was sold for NIS 3.3 million. A 51-sq.m. two-room, fifth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Abarbanel Street in Florentin was sold for NIS 1.73 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fifth-sixth floor roof duplex with a 60-sq.m. balcony, parking and elevator on Bilu Street in the city center was sold for NIS 4.5 million. A 70-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with parking but without an elevator on Hovevei Zion St. was sold for NIS 2.08 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 240-sq.m., six-room house on a 330-sq.m. lot with a basement in Shikun Dan was sold for NIS 5.6 million. A 125-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment on Shalom Esh St. in Hadar Yosef was sold for NIS 2.55 million (RE/MAX Professional Group).

Givatayim: A 90-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with parking on Israel Taiber St. was sold for NIS 1.88 million (RE/MAX 100%).

Hod Hasharon: A 124-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator, storage room and two parking spaces on Bayit Habad St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Modiin: A 140-sq.m., 5.5 room apartment with a 55-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Nahal Zohar St. was sold for NIS 2.11 million. A 130-sq.m., 4.5-room apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Emek Ayalon St. was sold for NIS 1.68 million. A 190-sq.m. 6.5-room house with a 250-sq.m. garden, two parking spaces and a storage room on Yehuda St. was sold for NIS 3.4 million (Shumacher Real Estate Group).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 120-sq.m. four-and-a-half-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Marcel Janko St. in the Givat Prachim neighborhood in North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 6,700 per month. A 90-sq.m., renovated three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Helsinki St. in the city center was leader for NIS 7,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
