Ramat Gan: A 120-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with elevator and share parking on Haraeh St. was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 117-sq.m. four room, third floor apartment with three parking spaces, and two elevators on Rimalt St. in Marom Neve was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 100-sq.m. four room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A 125-sq.m. five room apartment with an elevator and parking on Yospi St. was sold for NIS 2 million (RE/MAX-Focus).
Holon: A 60-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment on Mivtza Sinai St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 900,000. A renovated 70-sq.m., three room, third floor apartment on Hashomron St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 950,000 (RE/MAX-AVNIO).
Netanya: A 90-sq.m., 3.5 room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and share parking on Six Day War St. was sold for NIS 1.11 million. A 47-sq.m., two room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Avraham Shlonsky St. was sold for NIS 730,000. A 90-sq.m., three room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and shared parking on Avraham Shapira St. was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A 96-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator on Ben Av'I St. was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A renovated 120-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. sun balcony, elevator and underground parking was sold for NIS 2.1 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Rentals
Jerusalem: A 85-sq.m. 3.5 room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Sokolov Street in Talbieh was leased for NIS 5,500 per month.
Ramat Gan: A 120-sq.m., four room, second floor apartment on Ben-Eliezer St. with elevator and parking was leased for NIS 4,700 per month.
Ashkelon:A 110-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor furnished apartment with elevator and parking on Hashayetet St. in Afridar was leased for NIS 4,000. A 100-sq.m. four room, fourth floor apartment with elevator and parking on Modiin St. in Afridar was leased for NIS 3,300 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
