Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 105-sq.m. 3.5-room garden apartment with a 97-sq.m. garden with an elevator, two parking spaces and storage room on Abba Even St. in the Mishkanot Hauma project in Kiryat Leum was sold for NIS 2.97 million
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 85-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.49 million. A 76-sq.m. three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.41 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Yud Aleph BeAdar St. was sold for NIS 1.57 million (RE-MAX-FOCUS).

Ramat Hasharon:A 112-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with 12-sq.m. balcony with parking, elevator and storage room on Yavne St. in the western neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.03 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Sokolov St. in the Hadar Quarter was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 150-sq.m. five room, third floor penthouse with a 50-sq.m. balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Eli Cohen St. was sold for NIS 3.35 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ra'anana: A 92-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking on Hameyasdim St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A 162-sq.m., 5.5-room, second floor duplex with a 37-sq.m. balcony and two parking spaces on Hasnunit St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 148-sq.m., five room, garden apartment with a 100-sq.m. balcony garden with covered parking on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.07 million (RE-MAX-ONE).

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 120-sq.m., five-room, corner house with a 70-sq.m. garden on Nof Kinneret St. in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 55-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment on Lohamei Hagettaot St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 530,000. (Sofer Tivuch).

Rentals
Jerusalem: A renovated 124-sq.m. 4.5-room, sixth floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, two covered parking spaces and storage room on Abba Even St. in the Mishkanot Hauma project in Kiryat Leum was leased for NIS 8,250 per month (Eliezer Even Properties).
Ramat Gan: A 75-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Arlozorov St. was leased for NIS 3,600 a month. A 90-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking and elevator on Arnon St. was leased for NIS 4,750 per month. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with elevator and parking on Krenitzki St. was leased for NIS 4,500 per month (RE-MAX/FOCUS).
