A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 200-sq.m. five-room hnouse on a 290-sq.m. lot with a basement and in need of renovation on Eliahu Meferrara St. in the Dan neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.05 million.A 30-sq.m. 1.5-room apartment on Moledet St. in Florentin in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A 40-sq.m., two-room apartment with a balcony, sea view and parking on Abarbanel St. in Florentin was sold for NIS 1.55 million.

Modi'in: A 117-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Emek Ha'Ela St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.68 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Sarah Imenu St. in the Moriah neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.14 million. A 84-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Emek Ha'Ela St. in the Haneviim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.35 million. (Anglo-Saxon)

Hadera: A 110-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with elevator, parking and balcony on Yitzhak Rabin St. in the Nisan neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 144-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with elevator, parking and balcony on Michemet Sheshet Yamim St. in the city center was sold for NIS.1.31 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hayasour St. in Givat Olga was sold for NIS 1.31 million (RE-MAX/Miktzoanim).

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 50-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment on Shprinzak St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 480,000. A 66-sq.m., three-room, seventh floor apartment on David Elazar St. close to the hospital was sold for NIS 420,000 (Tivuch Sofer).

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 80-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Eyanot St. in the city center was sold for NIS 525,000. A renovated 145-sq.m., five-room house on a 200-sq.m. lot with parking was sold for NIS 970,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 74-sq.m. three-room, ground floor garden apartment on Hasar Moshe St. was leased for NIS 4,400 per month.
