Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 140-sq.m. house on a 207-sq.m. lot with building rights to expand and a security room on Plitei Hasefer St. in Ramat Yisrael in the east of the city was sold for NIS 3.22 million (Shavit-Reichental Real Estate).

Holon: A 90-sq.m. 3.5-room, third floor apartment on Hankin St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 145-sq.m., five-room, third and fourth floor duplex apartment with a 50-sq.m. balcony, with a storage room, security room, two parking spaces and elevator on Yochai Ben-Nun in the city center was sold for NIS 2.65 million (RE/MAX-AVNAV).

Kfar Saba: A 266-sq.m., six-room, seventh floor duplex with a 60-sq.m. balcony, storage room, and two covered parking spaces on Shoshanna Damari St. in the Hayaroka neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.25 million. A 94-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Beit Habad St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.21 million. A 170-sq.m. six-room, fourth floor duplex apartment, with a 30-sq.m. balcony, storage room, and two parking spaces on Hayadid St. in the Hatzrot Hadar Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.23 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Jerusalem and environs
Beit Shemesh: A 120-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Rabbi Yanai St. in the Nofei Hashemesh neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 74-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harakefet St. in Givat Sharet in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 880,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Safed: A 35-sq.m. two-room, fourth floor apartment on Hanasi St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 420,000. A 80-sq.m. three-room, first floor duplex apartment with a balcony on Ganei Hadar St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 490,000 (Tivuch Sofer).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 56-sq.m. two-room, 18th-floor apartment with a security room on Yad Vashem St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 435,000. A 76-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment on Safed St. in the Tet neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 760,000. A 99-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment on Yisrael Yeshayahou St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 830,000 (RE/MAX-PLUS).

Tel Aviv: A 50-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment on Herzl St. in the Florentin neoghbprhood was leased for NIS 4,700 per month (Shavit Reichental Real Estate).
