Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 65-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment, with no elevator and no parking on Motza St. was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 150-sq.m. five room, garden apartment with parking but no elevator on Yad Shalom St. was sold for NIS 2.2 million (RE-MAX/Focus).
Netanya: A 103-sq.m. three-room, seventh floor mini-penthouse apartment with a 70-sq.m. balcony, elevator and covered parking on Ussishkin St. was sold for NIS 2.32 million. A renovated 91-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment, with an elevator and parking on Olei Hagardom St. was sold for NIS 1.22 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hadera: A 68-sq.m., 3.5-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator, security room, parking and balcony on Menachem Begin boulevard in the Kfar Hayam neighborhood was sold for NIS 1 million. A 75-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, parking and no elevator on Segal St. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 770,000. A 185-sq.m., five room house on a 360-sq.m. lot with a garden, security room and parking on Emek Yezreel St. in Neve Haim in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.1 million (RE/MAX- Miksoanim). A renovated 100-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator but parking on Tarna St. in the Yoseftal neighborhood was sold for NIS 815,000. A renovated 200-sq.m., six-room house on a 480-sq.m. lot with parking on Habonim St. in Beit Eliezer in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.94 million. A 135-sq.m., five-room, eighth floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony with a storage room and parking on Hanasi St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.37 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Jerusalem: A 57-sq.m. three-room apartment with parking but no elevator on Mavo Hapartizanim St. in French Hill was leased for NIS 3,700 per month (Anglo-Saxon)

Tel Aviv: A renovated 45-sq.m. two-room, first floor furnished apartment in a preserved building in the northern section of Ben Yehuda St. was leased for NIS 6,400 per month.
Ramat Gan: A 80-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator on Yud Aleph BeAdar St. was leased for NIS 5,500 per month. A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment, with parking but no elevator on Motza St. in Ramat Yitzhak was leased for NIS 4,650 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
Netanya: A 130-sq.m., three-room, fifth floor furnished apartment with an elevator on Jerusalem St. in the city center was leased for NIS 4,700 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Hadera: A 160-sq.m., six-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking and a security room on Mivtza Hidem St. in the Weizmann neighborhood was leased for NIS 4,500 per month (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim).
