A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel including in Tel Aviv, Givatayim, Holon, and Modi'in.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 80-sq.m. three-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Lea Goldberg St. in the Neot Afekim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 3.27 million. A 50-sq.m., two-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Ir Shemesh St. in the Ganei Tzahala neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Negba St. in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Givatayim: A 127-sq.m. three-room garden, 19th floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yisrael Shapira St. was sold for NIS 3.73 million. A 102-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Sirkin St. was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 62-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Sirkin St. was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 49-sq.m., two-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hamigdal St. was sold for NIS 1.58 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Sirkin St. was sold for NIS 1.83 million (RE-MAX - 100%).

Holon: A renovated 70-sq.m. three-room, ground floor apartment on Har Hatzofim st. in Kiryat Sharet was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 55-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony on Rosh Pina St. in the Neve Shoshanim neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 1.28 million. A renovated 100-sq.m., four-room, third floor roof garden apartment with rights to build an extra 40-sq.m. on Yirmiyahu St. in the Neve Arazim neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.63 million (Eran Drori Real Estate).

Modi'in: A 90-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Yahalom St. in the Evenei Chen neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.71 million. A 85-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony on Hativa Golani St. in the Hamaginim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Emek Hahula St. in the Massua neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 1.8 million (Anglo-Saxon),

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 230-sq.m. house on a 500-sq.m. lot with two parking spaces on Tarshish St. in the Rotem neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.2 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 25-sq.m.. one-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Kehilat Warsaw St. in the Hadar Yosef neighborhood was leased for NIS 2,300 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
