Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 140-sq.m. five-room house with a 64-sq.m. garden, 70-sq.m. balcony, storage room, and parking on Haim Nachman Bialik St. in Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 3.9 million. A 180-sq.m., four-room house on a 375-sq.m. lot with a separate three-room unit with parking on Mitzrei Tiran St. in Givat Hamivtar in the north of the city was sold for NIS 4.6 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 57-sq.m., three-room, first floor, garden apartment with a 60-sq.m. garden, storage room, elevator but no parking on Dov Grunner St. in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 1.1 million (RE-MAX - Hazon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ashdod: A 82-sq.m., three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Mavo Henriks St. in the Chet quarter was sold for NIS 1.27 million. A 167-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Har Masada St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.74 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Haifa and the north
Kiryat Motzkin: A 67-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Jabotinsky St. was sold for NIS 620,000. A 130-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a storage room, parking but no elevator on Moshe Goshen St. was sold for NIS 1.08 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Derek Akko-Haifa was sold for NIS 885,000 (RE-Max - Family 2).

Beersheva and the south
Sderot: A 160-sq.m. five-room, second floor apartment with a 45-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on Shaar Yishuv St. in the Ben Gurion neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 700,000. A 85-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Ahavat Zion St. in the Neot Eshkol neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 480,000. A 77-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Kikar Hamoshavot St. in the Yitzhak Rabin neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 582,000 (RE-MAX - Sheli).

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 97-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. storage room, elevator, and parking on Kore Hadorot St. in Arnona in the south of the city was leased for NIS 6,250 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 110-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Halprin St. near the Hilton hotel in the west of the city was leased for NIS 12,000 per month.
Ashdod: A 145-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with an 18-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Atzmaut St. in the City quarter was leased for NIS 4,750 per month. A 65-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Michashvili St. in the Vav quarter was leased for NIS 3,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
