Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 50-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment designated for urban renewal on Kehila Lodz St. in Hadar Yosef the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.95 million (Ackerman Properties). A 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Ma'apilei Egoz St. in Neve Chen in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.47 million (RE-MAX - Yahalom). A 100-sq.m., four-room, tenth floor apartment with a storage room, elevator, and two underground parking spaces on Daniel Samboursky St. in Azorei Chen in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 4 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and two parking spaces on Ha'Aluph Kalman Magen St. in Sarona was sold for NIS 3.7 million. A 89-sq.m., four-room, third and fourth floor duplex with a 48-sq.m. roof garden, two balconies, storage room, elevator and parking on Bruria St. in the Nahlat Yitzhak neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.75 million (RE-MAX - Ocean).

Petah Tikva:A 100-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Ha'Aluf Rehavam Zeevi in the Em Hamoshavot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.84 million. A 350-sq.m., eight-room house, on a 400-sq.m. lot with four balconies, on four levels on Emil Gilboa St. in the Neve Oz neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 5.2 million. A 300-sq.m., eight-room house on a 350-sq.m. lot on Hakorem St. in the Neve Ganim neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 3.9 million. A 140-sq.m., six-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Visoker St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.92 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 135-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with a 16-sq.m. balcony, a storage room and covered parking on Hanita st. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.46 million. A renovated 138-sq.m., six room, third floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony on nachlieli St. in the Kfar Saba Hatzira neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.98 million (RE-MAX - ONE).

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 80-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Elazar Ben-Yair St. in the city center was sold for NIS 420,000. A 95-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Elazar Ben-Yair St. in the city center was sold for NIS 575,000. A 75-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yehuda St. was sold for NIS 520,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 270-sq.m. house on a 7000-sq.m. lot with parking on odem St. in the Rotem neighborhood in the northeast of the city was leased for NIS 6,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
