The bank's board has declared a dividend of NIS 117 million.
Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI) reported its third quarter results this morning. The bank's financing profit from regular activities was NIS 1.91 billion in the third quarter of 2014, compared with NIS 1.92 billion in the corresponding quarter.
Bank Hapoalim's net profit rose 13.3% to NIS 740 million from NIS 653 million in the corresponding quarter.
The bank's return on capital in the third quarter of 2014 was 9.9%, compared with 9.6% in the corresponding quarter. Its tier 1 capital adequacy ratio at the end of the quarter, according to the Basel III rules, was 9.39%, which compares with 9.15% at the beginning of the year.
The bank's board has declared a dividend of 15% of the third quarter profit, amounting to NIS 117 million.
