Court forecloses on Nochi Dankner's home

The court temporarily foreclosed on NIS 350 million of assets at the request of IDB bondholders.

Judge Ruth Ronen of the Tel Aviv Economic Court has placed a unilateral temporary foreclosure order worth NIS 350 million on the assets of Nochi Dankner and his sister at the request of IDB Holding Corp. Ltd. (TASE:IDBH) bondholders through the trustees Eyal Gabai and Hagai Ullman. The private assets include Dakner's home in Herzliya and the foreclosure threatens his debt arrangement with the banks.

Out of the sum total of NIS 350 million, a NIS 100 million temporary foreclosure has been imposed on Nochi Dankner's private property as well as NIS 100 million on each of his private companies Ganden Holdings and Ganden Investments. NIS 50 million has been foreclosed on his sister.
