Fortissimo Capital is mulling an investment in Enercon Ariel Ltd., which develops and manufactures custom power supplies for the aerospace and defense industries. The investment will likely be for several tens of millions of dollars.
Enercon's factory is located in Netanya and the company was founded in 1984. The company supplies DC/DC power supplies, AC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, GCU's (Generator Control Units) and UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supplies) built for aeronautical and military applications.
