The Yehud based company is seeking to streamline messaging and replace the email.

Israeli group messaging startup RedKix has raised $17m in seed funding. Investors include Salesforce Ventures, SG VC, Wicklow Capital, Oren Zeev, Ori Sasson, Amnon Landan, Yuval Neeman, Oren Dobronsky, and Kevin Mahaffey.

Co-founded by CEO Oudi Antebi and CTO Roy Antebi, RedKix is developing a messaging and collaboration solution for the workplace featuring email, messaging, groups and channels to allow people to organize messages into group channels, from favorite people and per topic.

With offices in Yehud and San Mateo, California, the company currently has 27 employees, mainly in Israel.

The company is using the funds to continue to develop its solution and has launched a beta-site for its messaging streamline service, which ambitiously seeks to replace email.
