Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are in talks to buy a seafront penthouse for NIS 120 million.

Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian, sister of the more famous Kim, and her long-term partner Scott Disick, are in talks to buy a seafront apartment in Tel Aviv.

The apartment in question is a fourth floor apartment at 96 Hayarkon Street - a project developed by Shlomo Grofman and Zalman Shoval's Faire Fund, and which cost NIS 20 million. Sources involved in the talks say that Kardashian and Disick are also interested in the fifth floor 1,100-sq.m. penthouse, which they would adjoin to the fourth floor apartment, bringing the value of the deal up to NIS 120 million.

Talks to buy the apartment are being handled by Tomer Fridman, Executive Vice President International Markets Middle East and Europe at Ewing and Associates Sotheby's International Realty, who is responsible for the real estate acquisitions worldwide of all the Kardashians. Fridman flew from Israel to the US recently to meet the Kardashians and show them details of the property.

The Kardashians usually share their properties worldwide for staying in when on vacation or when business requires so the new property could also host Kim Kardashian, her rapper husband Kanye West and their daughter North.

Reports say that Disick, who is Jewish, and has three children with Kourtney Kardashian, has often expressed his love for Israel and desire to visit. He is a close friend of ND Watches founder Avi Koren who will accompany Disick, Kardashian and their three children to Israel in order to sign the contract for the apartment.
