Yahoo's content and search engine will be integrated in Kibo's smart keyboards.

Noam Lanir is back to cooperating with Yahoo!, this time with Apply Advanced Mobile Technologies Ltd. (TASE:APLY), in which he is chairman, instead of Babylon Ltd. (TASE:BBYL). Israeli company Kibo, controlled by Apply and WhiteSmoke Software Ltd. (TASE: WSMK) (41.65% each), announced that it had signed a cooperation agreement with Yahoo for the inclusion of Yahoo's content and search engine in Kibo's keyboard apps.

The agreement establishes a mechanism for sharing the profits from revenue generated by Yahoo's content and search tool integrated in keyboards.

Kibo has agreements for the development and distribution of smart keyboards containing content from various super-brands having hundreds of millions of followers on the social networks, including soccer clubs Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, etc., as well as soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo, children's brand Hello Kitty, etc.

Kibo's keyboard for smartphones and tablets is used in over 100 countries, and has been adapted to 40 languages. The company's development and innovation center is in Tel Aviv.
