Some roads in the south of Israel are still closed because of flooding.

The level of Lake Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) has risen a further 3 centimeters in the past twenty-four hours. Since the start of the current rainstorms last week, the level of the lake has risen 14 centimeters.

The surface of the lake is now 212.22 meters below sea level. The lower red line for the level of the lake is 213.18 meters below sea level.

Some roads in the south of Israel are still closed because of flooding. Because of the closure of a section of Route 90, Kibbutz Ein Gedi and its hotel have been cut off for 48 hours. Route 40 between Sde Boker and Mitzpe Ramon has also been closed.
