Mon: Israel Chemicals gives up more gains

The TASE was mixed today in thin trading as Israel Chemicals and Israel Corp. again fell.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) was mixed today. The Tel Aviv 25 Index fell 0.19% to 1,514.35 points, the Tel Aviv 100 Index fell 0.06%, to 1,324.20 points but the BlueTech Index rose 0.28% to 328.96 points. The TelBond 20 corporate bond index rose 0.19% to 314.82 points. Turnover totaled only NIS 915.8 million.

On the foreign exchange market, the Bank of Israel set the shekel-dollar representative rate down 0.182% from Friday's rate at NIS 3.835/$, and the representative shekel-euro rate up 0.290% at NIS 4.361/€.

On the market, Israel Chemicals (TASE: ICL: NYSE: ICL) fell 2.84% for the biggest fall on the Tel Aviv 25 index, and parent company Israel Corporation (TASE: ILCO) fell 1.05%.

Opko Health Inc. (NYSE: OPK; TASE: OPK) fell 0.94%, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TEVA; TASE: TEVA) fell 0.62%, and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) fell 0.62% on the day's biggest trading turnover.

Strauss Group Ltd. (TASE:STRS) rose 1.98% for the biggest rise on the Tel Aviv 25 index today. Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DLEKG) rose 0.07%, and its energy exploration and production units Avner Oil and Gas LP (TASE: AVNR.L) and Delek Drilling Limited Partnership (TASE: DEDR.L) rose 1.34% and 0.78% respectively.
