The Agam neighborhood project includes 212 housing units.

A buyer fixed price tender in Netanya has been closed successfully. The tender, located in the Agam neighborhood, involves a total of 212 housing units, 21 of which, 10%, can be sold on the open market by the winner, while the remaining 191 units must be sold to those eligible for the buyer fixed price plan.

According to the tender results, won by Almog Construction and Investments, the price of a 95-square meter discount apartment will start from NIS 1.05 million, the price of a 110-square meter discount apartment will start from NIS 1.22 million, and the price of a 130-square meter discount apartment will start at NIS 1.45 million.

These prices include VAT, balconies, parking, and storage space. According to Ministry of Finance figures, the prices of the discount apartments reflect an average discount of 15% on the price of a similar apartment on the free market.

The Agam neighborhood in Netanya is located west of Ben Zvi Boulevard, east of Highway 2 (the Haifa-Tel Aviv Highway), south of the Kiryat Nordau neighborhood, and north of the Dora neighborhood.

Only those eligible for the buyer fixed price plan who win a lottery can purchase the discount apartments. The purchasers are barred from selling the apartments for five years after receiving the key to the apartment, but they can let it.

A "Globes" analysis of the buyer fixed price plan shows that contractors and developers have won the construction rights to 34,859 housing units in the tenders (36,508 housing units including the target price plan). At the same time, lotteries have been held for 11,000 discount housing units, and building permits have been issued for 3,500 discount housing units.
