Ra'anana based Marketyze provides on-line competitive pricing intelligence, inventory optimization and merchandising solutions.

Texas-based end-to-end merchandize optimization developer Revionics Inc. has acquired Israeli company Marketyze, which develops advanced on-line competitive pricing intelligence, inventory optimization and merchandising solutions. No financial details about the deal were disclosed but Revionics is believed to be paying several tens of millions of dollars for the Ra'anana based company, which was founded in 2011.

Marketyze’s capabilities include advanced science and proprietary algorithms that deliver far higher matching accuracy than product matching. The Israeli company's powerful visualization and drill-down capabilities make competitive insights easily consumable by all types and sizes of retailers.

Marketyze cofounder & CEO Onn Manelson said, “Retail is at the intersection of business strategy and data science. This combination empowers retailers to adopt a more holistic strategy across all their channels to execute a more seamless pricing, promotion and assortment strategy that will yield stronger profits, customer loyalty and competitive advantage. Retailers also benefit from the speed, scalability and economics of our SaaS delivery model.”

Marketyze was represented by Adv. Elie Sprung and Meital Buhbut-Yaniv from Tadmor & Co. Yuval Levy & Co in the deal.
