The flash memory developer is offering a NIS 20,000 bonus for employees who recommend a candidate who is hired.

With too many Israeli high-tech companies and startups looking for too few potential employees, the battle to find the finest high-tech employees in Israel has moved up a gear.

Flash memory storage developer SanDisk announced today that it is hiring dozens of new employees immediately in a range of R&D positions, in particular validation and firmware engineers. SanDisk currently has 650 employees in Israel in Kfar Saba near Tel Aviv, Omer near Beer Sheva and Tefen in the Galilee. As an incentive, SanDisk is offering a NIS 20,000 bonus for employees who recommend a candidate who is eventually hired.
