The botanical drug company is in talks to merge with a stock market shell.
Se-Cure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is in talks to merge with a number of Wall Street stock market shells. The company, founded in 1997, is developing drugs based on botanical biochemical compositions, which have undergone comprehensive clinical trials.
Se-Cure has a soy bean-based product for treating symptoms of menopause, which has global sales, apparently amounting to tens of millions of dollars a year. It is developing a prostate cancer drug.
