The former Bank Hapoalim chairman had received 12 months in prison for fraud.
The Supreme Court has reduced the prison sentence of former Bank Hapoalim (TASE: POLI) chairman Dan Dankner. In partly accepting his appeal, the Supreme Court judges reduced his sentence from 12 months to 8 months.
Dankner was found convicted last year by the Tel Aviv District Court for fraud and breach of trust, and harming the proper management of a banking corporation.
