The law firms of Tadmor & Co. and Yuval Levy & Co. have announced that they are merging. The merged firm, which will initially consist of 85 lawyers and approximately 25 interns, will be jointly managed by Dr. David Tadmor and Adv. Opher Levy. It will be one of the 20 largest firms in Israel.
The firms said that merger had significant synergetic potential in light of the firms’ expertise in the fields of competition, commercial litigation, regulation and administrative law, banking and credit cards, project finance, real estate, labor law, securities regulation, health law, energy, environmental law and activity in China.
