The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange rose today. The Tel Aviv 25 Index rose 0.34%, to 1,445.54 points; the Tel Aviv 100 Index rose 0.40%, to 1,264.3 points; and the BlueTech Index rose 0.46%, to 368.89 points. The TelBond 20 corporate bond index closed flat, at 321.81 points. Turnover totaled NIS 1.64 billion.
On the foreign exchange market, the representative shekel-dollar rate was set 0.40% lower, at NIS 3.7870/$, and the representative shekel-euro rate was set 0.18% higher, at NIS 4.0878/€.
Teva led trading today, and corrected 2.51% from its recent steep falls. Ratio rose 4.76%, Bank Hapoalim fell 0.04%, Bank Leumi rose 0.32%, and Bezeq rose 1.50%.
Both Idan Ofer-controlled holding companies rose sharply: Kenon by 4.75% and Israel Corporation by 3.00%. Opko Health fell 3.33%, and MannKind fell 2.99%.
