Salaries at Israel's Channel 10 will be restored to their July 2014 levels.

Channel 10's management has rescinded the across-the-board cut in the salaries of the Israeli television channel's employees. Sources inform "Globes" that Channel 10 CEO Yossi Warshavsky has announced that the salaries of employees earning up to NIS 30,000 monthly will be restored to the levels they were at in July 2014.

This represents an achievement by the Channel 10 workers committee, headed by Moshe Hodorov, which inserted a clause into the collective labor agreement with the channel's management that if Channel 10 became profitable, the salary cut would be cancelled. The restoration of salaries was supposed to have been implemented in two stages, over two years, but it will in fact take place in one go.

As first reported by "Globes", Channel 10 is forecast to earn a profit of NIS 10 million in 2015.
