LifeWave now has contracts for its bed sore treatment device with distributors in five European countries.
LifeWave Hi-Tech Medical Devices Ltd. (TASE:LIFE) has signed two new term sheets for sales of its bed sore treatment (BST) device and disposable electrodes in two more European countries.
The distributors each committed to placing their first €50,000 order for electrodes immediately upon signing of MOUs, and minimum follow-on semiannual orders amounting to €4.4 million in one case and €4.9 million in the other over the four-year period of the contracts.
Each distributor will have exclusive marketing rights in their countries for LifeWave’s BST and disposable electrodes.
The company said that with these two new deals, it now has exclusive marketing agreements with five distributors in five European countries.
