Better Place names Israeli firm to oversee recharging

Massad Oz will begin setting up the infrastructure in Tel Aviv parking lots.

Project Better Place today picked Massad Oz Management & Supervision Ltd. to manage the pilot recharging infrastructure deployment for the company's electric car venture. Massad Oz will set up the recharging infrastructure in Tel Aviv parking lots in the coming months.

Massad Oz will manage the planning, formulate construction tenders, supervise the construction, and formulate the methodology for the subsequent deployment of the recharging infrastructure.

Better Place noted that Massad Oz manages engineering projects both in Israel and in other countries. Massad Oz is owned by Amit Massad and Neta Berman. The company's customers include Tnuva Food Industries Ltd., Osem Investments Ltd. (TASE: OSEM), Fishman Holdings, Iscar Ltd., and Taavura Holdings Ltd.
