Toys-R-Us Israel is the first franchise to use the Geoffrey the Giraffe label for clothes.
Toys-R-Us Israel will manufacture and market children’s clothes under the Toys-R-Us Inc. (NYSE:TOY) Geoffrey the Giraffe label. This is the first pilot project of its kind by Toys-R-Us Inc.
Toys-R-Us has used the Geoffrey the Giraffe label for the past 30 years. It appears on books, exercise books, toys, and bags. Israel will be the first Toys-R-Us franchise to launch a clothing collection for infants and children with the label. The clothes were designed by Israeli designers using the Mix and Match cutting method, and will be marketed in colored packaging in a separate department.
Toys-R-Us Israel is jointly owned by Fishman Holdings and the Koffler family.
