Tapuz website to provide Google services

The company will install the Hebrew-language beta version of Google’s Adsense for Content program.

Tapuz People Ltd. (TASE:TPUZ) has signed a cooperation agreement with Google Inc. (Nasdaq:GOOG) for the provision of Google services on Tapuz’s homepage.

Tapuz has over 100 million dynamic content pages. The company will install the Hebrew-language beta version of Google’s Adsense for Content program. The program automatically displays text messages customized for the website and each content page. The service will operate on Tapuz’s blogs, communes and 1,200 forums on various topics. Adsense for Content will provide Tapuz’s two million users with access to a broader range of search services.

The service includes the placing of Google’s search box next to Tapuz’s own search box on its site, as well as the AdWords display focused text messages tailored to the search words. Relevant Google text messages will appear next to the search results on the Tapuz site.
