Tshuva sells Plaza penthouse for $56m

“The New York Times”: The triplex could be the most expensive condominium in New York.

“The New York Times” reports that Elad Properties, owned by Yitzhak Tshuva has sold an 855-sq.m. triplex penthouse in Manhattan’s Plaza Hotel for $56 million, possibly making it the most expensive condominium in New York. The penthouse has a balcony overlooking Central Park.

The real estate agent declined to identify the buyer, but “The New York Times” says, “The buyer was said to be a London-based businessman in the oil business.”
