Google Israel increases its office space in Tel Aviv
The company currently pays NIS 110 per square meter per month.

Google Israel Ltd. has rented an additional 600 square meters on the 21st floor of the Levinstein Building in Tel Aviv. The company already rents 1,050 square meters in the building, and pays NIS 110 per square meter per month. The company also rents 33 parking spaces at NIS 530 per space, plus three reserved parking spaces at NIS 1,172 per month.
The Levinstein Building, owned by Meshulam Levinstein Contracting and Engineering Ltd. (TASE:LEVI), is fully occupied. Tenants include Bank Hapoalim (LSE: BKHD; TASE: POLI), Prisma Capital Markets Ltd., and Samet, Steinmetz, Harin & Co. Advocates, and other top law firms.
