Google Trends displays the frequency of searches of specific terms.
Google Inc. (Nasdaq:GOOG) has launched a revised version of Google Trends, which will now be updated on a daily basis. Google Israel developed the new version at its offices in Tel Aviv.
Google Trends enables the typing in of up to five terms, and displays the frequency of searches of each word. It analyzes a portion of Google web searches to compute how many searches have been done for the terms entered, relative to the total number of searches done on Google over time. If the item is mentioned in Google News, Google Trends displays the number of times the topic was appeared in Google News stories.
Google Trends displays search words in various languages, including Hebrew. Google Trends displays the top cities, regions, and languages in which people searching for the term entered.
