Formula co-founder and CEO Gad Goldstein has decided to move on.
Formula Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: FORTY; TASE: FORT) has appointed Guy Bernstein as CEO, replacing co-founder Gad Goldstein. The company said that Goldstein "has decided to move on and pursue new business opportunities."
Bernstein was appointed an executive director of Formula in November 2006 when Emblaze Ltd. (LSE: BLZ) acquired a controlling interest in the company.
